The fourth dish Sujuk with cheese was an amazing presentation and taste, a combination of the sujuk and the halloumi cheese was brilliant and out of this world and I would give the dish a perfect five.
The fifth dish is Toshka, Grilled pita bread slices stuffed with lamb meat & Halloumi cheese as well just the right balance between meat & cheese and quite unique & tasty and my second favorite dish in this food exploration, my rating is 4.5 out of 5.
In a nutshell, their service was impeccable, the staff was so friendly and even we had a visit from the owner of the place who was overwhelmingly courteous & welcoming. And top of all this the care they take in the tidiness and cleanliness of the place almost to the same level of quality of their food if not more makes the difference between a top-notch place and a good place.
